Vegan Star Project

Vegan Star Origin

Vegan Star is the materialization of my PhD project about Vegetarianism & Veganism and Human & Planetary Well-being where I have come across some valuable findings that inspired me help people to commit to vegetarian/vegan (veg*an) lifestyles more consciously while reaching higher levels of happiness.

Vegan Star Mission

The main goal is to spread vegan way of living and being, which is being achieved through a deeper connection to nature that triggers our consciousness and individual and collective awareness about who we are and how important our contribution is to ourselves and others. For full version, visit Mission.

Vegan Way of Life

Vegan way of living is a lifestyle that goes beyond fashion and low-fat diet. It is about our natural way of being, our natural diet that can make us stronger and help us connect with our essence. It is not about vegan consumerism.

Vegan Star Activities

Vegan Star activities are designed to awaken the natural spirit hidden within us, overcome our personal fears and become more considerate when we travel, eat and share habitat. Check out our events here.

Vegan Star Research

Vegan Star Research programme encourages investigation within the field of human nutrition with aims to increase well-being, physical and psychological, and support thus the creation of new social structures and cultures more responsible and conscious with other living beings such as animals and the planet. The Vegan Route

The vegan route is a gradual way of transformation of our dietary habits and it introduces people with improved food choices for everyday life, which they can enjoy not only during holiday time but, more importantly, they can nurture and grow into solid healthy lifestyle habits once back home and create thus happier personal vegetarian/vegan identities. Our goal is to reach a consistent evolution towards vegan diets before 2030. For daily tips and inspiration on homemade vegan healthy food follow @veganstarworld
